The brief was to redesign the cover for Camera Lucida, Image - Music - Text, Mythologies and Empire of Signs. For the book covers I wanted to go for a sence of depth.
That is what Roland Barthes books are about. Therefore looking at the cover you had to one image and as you revealed it, it revealed the full image thus more about the books content.
